2. Purpose

The purpose of the Site is to offer users an online product and price comparison service and to help them navigate to the shops that sell those products. Komparoo does not sell products directly: it acts as a comparison intermediary.

Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice. Users undertake to use the Site, its content and its services in accordance with the law, this notice, good faith and generally accepted practice.

It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair its normal operation.

All content on the Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Kangaroo Media S.L. or its licensors and is protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

The trade marks, logos and images of the advertising retailers are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for information purposes and to identify the offers.

5. Links to external sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites (retail shops). Kangaroo Media S.L. accepts no liability whatsoever for the content, practices or privacy policies of those external sites. The contractual relationship arising from the purchase of any product is established exclusively between the user and the retailer.

6. Liability

Kangaroo Media S.L. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
• The temporary unavailability of the Site.
• The transmission of viruses or malicious software, provided that all reasonable protective measures have been taken.
• The content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Site.

Kangaroo Media S.L. reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page, together with the date of the update.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise. This does not limit a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of the place where they are domiciled.
