Elina Pilates Spine Corrector black triangle

The Elina Pilates Spine Corrector triangle is a tool used in pilates exercises for pregnant women to provide stability and strength. Its wedge shape facilitates body positioning at different heights to offer stability and strength to the torso, legs, and arms. This tool provides support when it is necessary to lift the head and torso for a more comfortable position. It promotes respiratory mechanics in individuals with obstructive or restrictive pulmonary conditions. Its use is intended for pregnant women from the second trimester onwards to prevent exercising in supine positions from causing supine hypotensive syndrome, which is associated with decreased venous return and compression of vessels essential for the oxygenation of the foetus during pregnancy.Features:- Weight: 7 kg- Dimensions: 80 cm x 41 cm x 35 cm
