The Evolv Defy climbing shoes are advanced-level climbing shoes. Designed with slight asymmetry and curvature, the Defy allows for more precise foot placement, helping new climbers improve more quickly compared to most flat and symmetrical beginner climbing shoes. The Defy also has a PSR rating of 4 and a 3.5 mm sole, making them sensitive enough for overhangs while retaining enough power for edging on small holds.
