Finis Iso Hand Paddles Small Yellow - L

Finis Iso Hand Paddles Small are strapless paddles designed to isolate specific muscle groups, develop proper hand position and increase stroke awareness. Its design maintains a unique shape to create an imbalance in the capture phase of a stroke, forcing swimmers to apply more pressure to each side of the paddle to maintain a proper stroke. The variation encourages swimmers to pay more attention to the position of the hands in the water, keeping it level and constant during the capture and pull of each stroke.Features:- Designed for swimming exercises and specific training for a stroke - Prevents sweeping tendencies prior to capture - Increases 'water feel' and allows swimmers to make adjustments to improve stroke technique - Use of the edge on the outside allows swimmers to isolate and engage the triceps and trapezium muscles - Use of the edge on the inside allows swimmers to isolate and engage the pectoral, biceps and deltoid muscles
