Finis Tech Toc Belt

Finis Tech Toc belt that allows a good development during training to achieve a perfect rotation of the hip during freestyle, back style, chest and butterfly style. It can be used for any type of swimming course, either long courses or short courses. This Finis model uses a ball that is held inside a plastic capsule that contains acoustic amplifiers at each end. Thanks to this the swimmers can hear and feel the rhythm of their stroke, helps to synchronize the wide range of body movements that involves a full stroke. In case of not listening to the sound it means that we are not swimming correctly. A good timed rotation and hip movement allows the swimmer to achieve greater power and efficiency per stroke. On the other hand, inadequate rotation degrades the quality of the stroke and unnecessary shoulder effort.
