Infisport Creatine is the purest and highest quality Creatine Monohydrate (100% Creapure), free of additives. It has been shown that supplementation with creatine increases muscle phosphocreatine deposits and, therefore, increases sports performance. In the efforts of maximum intensity and short duration (10-12 seconds), such as, for example, speed races, jumps, throws, strength exercises in the gym, etc., and also in collective sports, which are always of interválicos efforts, the energy used by the muscles comes from the sources of ATP and fosfocreatina stored in the muscle. We know that ATP is the main source of energy that the muscle uses to transform that chemical energy into mechanical energy. Once the ATP of the muscle is exhausted (which occurs in 4-5 seconds), it needs to be resynthesized and this occurs in this type of effort, from the muscle deposits of phosphocreatine. In these cases, fatigue is associated with the depletion of phosphocreatine deposits in the muscles.
