The Joma R-3000 25 shoes are unisex running shoes with a carbon fibre plate. They continue the legacy of Joma's first running shoe with a carbon plate. This competition model, approved by World Athletics, is designed for fast runners. Its efficiency in running and energy saving is demonstrated by the UCLM Performance Study.The upper is made with mesh finished in customised Jacquard, lightweight and breathable thanks to VTS perforations, which optimise sweat ventilation and allow air circulation inside the shoes. They incorporate the JOMA SPORTECH thermo-sealed adjustment system, and the ergonomic collar adapts optimally to the foot. The tongue is elastic and ultra-light, and is sewn to the lining.Midsole made of FLY REACTIVE with a 6 mm drop. It is a lightweight material that provides propulsion to the runner and absorbs impacts to soften the stride. The incorporation of CARBON PLATE technology inside maximises reactivity.
