O'LIVE 9m Fighting Rope Black

The O'LIVE 9m fighting rope provides an intense cardio workout while working the grip strength and upper body. Also a benefit associated with rope training is the strength coming from the core that must be coordinated and maintained as a motor to continue with the movement. Another added value is that a high level of skill or physical fitness is not required, a minimum initial level is sufficient to start. O'LIVE training ropes are constructed of safe, non-abrasive 38mm black nylon braid. The ends of the rope are heat-sealed to ensure that the rope does not fall apart and to provide a comfortable and secure grip.
