The Öhlins 36/68 coil spring is a component designed to deliver superior performance in bicycle suspension. This lightweight and durable spring is engineered to suit various riding styles and terrain conditions. This spring belongs to the latest generation of the Öhlins coil spring series, combining an optimal weight for competition with high durability for mountain use. Thanks to advanced heat treatments and high-tech materials, the spring can withstand greater stress without damage, allowing it to be built stronger and lighter than ever before. The wide range of available spring rates makes it easy to find the perfect setup for each bike and riding style. Moreover, the adjustment increments are as precise as 4 Nm/23 lbs/in, enabling fine tuning to optimise performance. If more than two turns of preload are needed, it is recommended to switch to a stiffer spring to ensure ideal operation.
