POC VPD Air black spine protector - M

The POC VPD Air spine protector is designed to provide maximum protection for trail riding and skiing activities, combining lightness and flexibility to avoid restricting movement. This protector stands out for its minimalist construction without a vest, which reduces weight and volume, facilitating freedom of movement during pedalling and on technical terrain. Its 3D moulded panels naturally conform to the body shape and remain stable even during intense activity. Made from VPD material, which is soft and flexible during normal use but hardens upon impact to absorb energy and protect the spine.Additionally, it features large ventilation openings that help dissipate heat, maintaining comfort on long rides and transfers. It is certified according to the EN1621 Level 1 standard, ensuring a recognised level of protection. Its modular design allows it to be combined with a chest protector (sold separately) using adjustable straps, optimising protection for more demanding outings.
