The Shimano Ultegra R8000 rear derailleur has a better ergonomic design compared to the 6800 series. The Ultegra R8000 is equipped with the recognized features of the Dura Ace R9100 version. And this means an improvement in the operation of the lever for an immediate change of speed, greater efficiency in combination with an optimized front and rear derailleur and practically the same ergonomics as that of the Di2 and that of the hydraulic disc brake levers. The mechanical levers are accompanied by cables with polymer coating for a light speed change.
