SIS Beta Fuel Energy Gel 40 g Neutral Flavour (6 units)

SIS Beta Fuel 40g energy gel is the dual-source energy drink that provides 40g of optimised carbohydrates in a single, convenient isotonic refuelling solution with minimal risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, allowing you to maintain optimal performance. A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrate that is oxidised (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio. It also reduces self-reported stomach satiety symptoms. Through a Performance Solutions team, SIS worked closely with elite athletes in the research and development of the new Beta Fuel range to bring you a scientifically superior fuel in a range of formats that allow you to use +17% more carbohydrate.
