SRAM BB30 PressFit Bottom Bracket Cups

At SRAM they saw the opportunity to make a better press fit system for the bottom bracket, combining all the best of BB30 and PressFit in one package. PressFit 30 will have an integrated gasket, pre-assembled in the cups, to further extend the life of the bearing. The key difference with the PressFit 30 is how the bearings are mounted in the frame. The bearings are housed in nylon cups that are pressed into the bottom bracket. This 30mm bottom bracket is designed for connecting rods with axles. The frames will need a 46 mm inner diameter bottom bracket to accommodate this system.
