The SRAM Force 22 cranks offer an improvement in performance by using unidirectional carbon in the crank arm adapted to a forged aluminum chandelier. The hidden pin pattern makes better use of carbon fiber to further improve stiffness and lose weight. The impressive X-Glider plates are optimized for use with Yaw technology on the derailleur, and deliver flawless, seamless performance. SRAM Force 22 is available in full size and compact proportions and in multiple rod lengths. More rigid X-Glider plates have a thicker construction, pins and advanced synchronization change ramps, which are optimized for travel with the derailleur. X-GlideR is a technology designed for optimized displacement performance with the derailleur. Rigid rings (5 mm CNC machined aluminum 7075-T6) with upshift rivets and with an advanced design adopted from SRAM XX. CNC machining allows precise control of each tooth shape, ramp, and almost all changing plate characteristics.
