Sweet Protection Ascender MIPS black helmet. - M-L

The Sweet Protection Ascender MIPS helmet is designed for use in both ascents and descents. The Ascender is a truly innovative and groundbreaking product that uses its unique hybrid shell with variable elasticity and dual-density EPS. This model is equipped with MIPS, a technology that reduces rotational forces on the brain.Features:Use: Ski mountaineeringClass B certifiedDual densityInnovative and groundbreaking designWeight: 430 gTechnologies:MIPSMIPS is a leading technology in flat displacement within the helmet, designed to reduce rotational forces that can result from certain impacts. When a head rotates rapidly and comes to a sudden stop, rotational acceleration can cause high levels of strain on brain tissue. The stretching of tissue caused by these movements can result in various types of brain injuries.
