Zone3 Ergo Hand Paddles Blue Orange

The Zone3 Ergo Hand Paddles are designed to improve upper body strength. They are perfect for increasing upper body strength and are very useful to combine with buoyancy shorts. After testing many different types of paddles, Zone3 have chosen this set as they are not too big or small. The contoured shape maximises the effect on the freestyle water catch position and minimises disruption to stroke technique, reducing the risk of injury. Features:- Single finger strap option for more advanced swimmers or full hand straps for additional support, an excellent way to progress- Quick and easy to put on compared to some paddles
